Love this and need it this morning. My body is sore from all the workouts yesterday, but here it is, Tuesday, and time to start it all over again! I'm ready for it. Push harder today than yesterday!
Meal 1 and 2 are done for the day. I really need to drink more water!! Another full day, but I'm prepared!
