I spent all day in bed today...not kicking this as quickly as I'd hoped. The body aches, fever and sore throat turned into a migraine, bad cough, and absolutely no energy. Thankfully Aaron took all the kids to the park and ran errands so I could rest in peace and quiet.
This evening I started cooking my meals for the week- ground turkey, roasted chicken breast, salmon, tilapia and lots of veggies: kale, brussel sprouts, cabbage, peppers, parsnips, sweet potatoes- all on the menu this week.
Hoping and praying for good health this week, but I know either way I will be eating clean and staying in my training mindset. Early bedtime tonight!
